CoCreate

COCREATE

CoCreate is a micro-manufacturing facility and collaborative space that helped bring GE Appliances back to Connecticut. The location launched in 2022 and is a one-of-a-kind location that houses an innovative community makerspace, provides hands-on educational opportunities for students, and offers unique brand and product experiences for consumers looking for inspiration in the kitchen and home space.

CoCreate is a destination for co-creation that will merge innovation, education, and inspiration. Our Innovation is focused on craftsmanship and "small batch" production for select small appliances as well as custom-ordered pieces. Our education commitment at CoCreate is through our co-op partnerships, and hands-on learning initiatives with the University of Connecticut and Connecticut State Colleges & Universities (CSCU). Our inspiration is centered around creating an experiential way to grow closer to its customer and consumers than ever before. Through an immersive brand showroom experience at the facility, visitors will gain design inspiration for the home while also having the opportunity to share feedback on new product designs.

In 2019, we launched the first appliance to be built inside our micro factory - the Monogram Smart Flush Hearth Oven.
