Advanced Services, Inc. (ASI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of GE Appliances. ASI began in 1990 to provide exceptional customer services to GE Appliances' growing family of customers. ASI's headquarters are in Memphis, TN, but most of ASI's 1,000+ employees work remotely nationwide. ASI's goal is to provide the consumer with the highest quality service and exceptional experience to build a connection with our customers and support them positively, efficiently, and creatively, to reasonably and satisfactorily resolve concerns.
